Stampin' Up! Review of 2017 - part I

Hello, as 2017 draws to an end I thought I would take a look back through my Blog posts for the last 12 months.  Originally I intended to do just one post but in true Craftyducky style, more is best!

January

January saw the launch of the Stampin' Up! Watercolour pencils.  These high quality, smooth pencils were a big hit. You can use them with the Aqua Pens but I much prefer to use a Blender Pen.  I introduced these pencils at C & C sessions and was then asked to do a workshop focusing on various techniques for using them too.

The stamp set Beautiful You is one of my favourites from 2017. We used it for C & C sessions in January and it was another big hit with my crafty ladies.  Such lovely sentiments and there are lots of ways to use these line drawn images.  You can see my original post here.

February

Stampin' Up! really nailed it with the next stamp set (sorry)!

Such a useful stamp set for the men in our lives and, such a shame it retired so soon.  My crafty ladies really enjoyed these cards; they were particularly pleased that there was a coordinating set of dies for the tools too!  My favourite was the tiny screws that we cut out of silver foil.

March

The Oh So Succulent stamp and die set were bang on trend; suculents could be found everywhere!  These very clever succulents we so satisfying to make.  They were used for C & C sessions and a very popular workshop too.

I had great fun creating these lifelike 'flowers'!  This bundle was also useful for making cards.
