Stampin' Up! - Flowering Fields (for Coffee & Cards)
Hello, this week for Coffee & Cards we will be using two items that are available FREE as part of Sale-A-Bration - but hurry they are only available until the 31st or whilst stocks last!!!
This was the stamp set caught my eye as soon as I saw the Sale-A-Bration leaflet; I knew I had to have it!! There is also a pack of beautiful DSP that coordinates wonderfully with the stamps so I decided to have a play....
I took my inspiration for the colours I used from the DSP - Stampin' Up! are really good with the whole colour coordination thing! (You can find a list of the pens I used to colour in the images at the end of this post).
This week we will be making a simple stamped card with a matching insert and envelope. We will be using Lost Lagoon cardstock as a base - I adore this colour and will be very sad to see it retire at the end of May. If you love this as much as I do be sure to order cardstock and ink refills before they disappear.
I used a touch of Wink of Stella to highlight some of the flowers (you can just see it in the photo but it looks much nicer in real life):

If you would like to join me for a relaxed crafting session, this week we will be getting out the ink pens for a spot of colouring in whilst enjoying a drink and perhaps a bite to eat. I can be found at the following locations each week:
Monday
Venue: The Grand Piano Cafe Bar, Godmanchester
Time: 10 am - 12pm
Cost: £3.00 - a second (or third) card can be made for just £2.50!
Tuesday
Venue: Stugles of St Ives Coffee Shop (opposite Hyperion Antiques)
Time: 2:30 - 4:30pm
Cost: £3.00 - a second (or third) card can be made for just £2.50!
