Stampin' Up! Merry Christmas To All - stepped up
Hello, here are the details for our second project this week using a bundle called Merry Christmas To All.
I mentioned in an post earlier that the option to use Gold Glimmer Paper has been very popular this week ...
The sparkly gold makes a big difference to this project doesn't it?
Did you spot the Striped Burlap Trim in the background? Several of my crafty ladies confessed that they had overlooked this in the Autumn / Winter Catalogue. It is one of my favourite items in the catalogue - I have several reels and will be using it a lot!
By the end of every week I make several of each of my weekly projects so I was able to make gold and red versions of this project.
I like them both for different reasons!
The inside of the cards and the envelope have also been stamped - I guess its a bit of a thing with me.
I also added a cluster of red berries to some of my projects. One of the (many) things I love about stamping and creating my own cards is the ability to make little variations to my projects.
Here is the completed card and envelope.
Thanks to everyone who joined me this week. Next week we will be using a stamp set called Baby Bear - I will share details of the projects over this coming weekend.
I'm northwards bound again this weekend to see my son, get a hair cut and I will also be attending an 80th birthday lunch on Sunday. Note to self, make an 80th birthday card asap!
Have a great weekend.
Susan xx
