Stampin' Up! Santa's Workshop - quick & simple

Hello, here are the details for our first Coffee & Cards project this week - such a fun project using items from the Santa's Workshop Suite - perhaps perfect for the younger members of your family?

We used some die cuts from the Santa's Workshop Speciality DSP.  Isn't it great that the framelits fit the images on the DSP = no fussy cutting!

Here is a close up so that you can see the gorgeous white flocking on the hat, pinny and present ...

Everyone chose their favourite characters for their project this morning; once the decisions (and some took a while) were made, the pieces were adhered to one of my favourite Stitched Shape Framelits.

We stamped a sentiment in Poppy Parade ink.

A piece of DSP slightly narrower than the notecard provided a colourful background.  We then used some of the Poppy Parade Textured Weave Ribbon and adhered the decorated oval on top with Stampin' Dimensionals.

The inside of the card was stamped to match - we used another of the sentiments and two of the images.

As I am looking at the photo above I have no idea why I didn't colour in the little cart but, I have now!  I used Stampin' Write Pens (Poppy Parade and Garden Green) for mine.

Here is the completed card and envelope.
