Craftyduckydoodah! April Updates
Hello and welcome to April - I love this time of the year, all the pretty Spring flowers, the lighter nights and of course, the lovely sunshine! Not to mention that I have got my hands on the brand new upcoming Annual Catalogue as well as lots of lovely pre order goodies!!
There is so much happening in the world of Stampin' Up! right now so, here is all the information you need in one place. Apologies for the long update - you may want to grab a cuppa before you start reading this month!
Retiring 2023 - 2025 In-Colours
Every year Stampin' Up! retire a set of five In-Colours to make way for the introduction of five brand new In-Colours. I have loved using all the colours but especially love Boho Blue. I was not too keen on Wild Wheat to be honest though!
These lovely colours will be disappearing shortly so, make sure you have re-inkers for your ink pads and be sure to stock up on your favourite colours.
Once these colours retire that is it, they are gone. Don't be that person who messages me in a panic because they forgot to order that re-inker or cardstock.
Introducing the 2025 - 2027 In-Colours!
Drum roll please! When I joined SU many years ago one of my favourite colours was Strawberry Slush - do you remember it too? Well it is back - hurrah! The other new colours are Timid Tiger, Darling Duckling, Cloud Cover and Secret Sea.
I have all the new colours - my pre order arrived last Saturday morning and I have to say I love them all already and am looking forward to sharing projects/classes using them very soon!
New 2025 - 2026 Annual Catalogue
Its almost time - the new catalogue is full of lovely new items, full of hints and tips and full of project ideas. Did I mention that is full of crafty loveliness?
If you have attended a craft session with me or placed an order in the last 6 months, I will have a catalogue ready and waiting for you shortly.
If you have not been to a class or placed an order for a while there will be a Ā£5 charge for the new catalogue. However, if you place a Ā£25 plus order directly with me in May, I will reduce the total of you order by Ā£5.
Last Chance Products - updated offering!
To keep our product offering fresh, trendy, and relevant, we regularly evaluate product performance. As demand for a product changes, weāll move products to our Last Chance Products category in the online store and begin the retiring process to make room for new products. Our Last Chance Products will be an ongoing offer, so you can shop this category at any time throughout the year!
Stampinā Up! has updated the Last Chance Products List this morning with all of the retiring items from the current 2024-2025 Annual Catalog and January-April 2025 Mini Catalogue. All products on the Last Chance Products List are only available while supplies last, so head out early to shop for the best selection!

Coffee & Cards (C & C)
Coffee & Card sessions continue to be popular and I have a lovely regular group of ladies who join me most weeks.
During March we had fun creating projects for Easter/Springtime that included a rabbit popping out of a plant pot on a 'wobbler' spring!
We also used Terrific Toadstools two weeks in a row to create some stunning and colourful projects using different techniques.
Workshops
Our workshop for March saw us using the fabulous Mixed Florals bundle for our projects. We focused on different ways to add colour to these lovely images using Stampin' Blends, Watercolour Pencils and the one technique that surprised everyone but proved a BIG hit was using white craft ink with a Wink Of Stella pen!!
April workshops will feature the Storybook Moments Suite of products.
We will be creating three projects, a fancy fold card (a three panel 'theatre' style card), a cute little gift box and a vintage style card suitable for everyone!
Here is a sneaky peak at the projects.

Full payment is the only way to guarantee your place as regretfully, I have been let down in the past saving places for people who have not attended.
McCartney House - weekly craft sessions
The ladies have been very busy during March creating lots of projects for different celebrations. This week the ladies made book marks; one to keep and one to sell at the upcoming Godmanchester Town Show! Such concentration needed to colour in the images and, isn't it funny how everyone goes quiet whilst colouring!!
Ribbon Tamer!
I don't know about you but my ribbon collection is usually a complete mess of untidiness. It drives me nuts having to constantly rewind spools of ribbon that have 'escaped'.
However, a very clever USA demonstrator came up with a genius idea using a new product from Stampin' Up! An item that you could be forgiven for overlooking but that would be a mistake! The Hole Punch Assortment are something that I would consider to be essential in every craft room.
Click the image above to head over to my online store to get yours.
Let me tell you, it was so satisfying - I probably need to get out more!! No more messy ribbon collection for me.
Brenda - you are a very clever lady - thank you for coming up with and sharing this idea!
Stampin' Rewards - new system
Every customer who places an order that meets a minimum product purchase amount of Ā£20 will earn rewards equal to ten percent of the amount they spend to use on a future order. Previously, Stampin' Rewards were triggered with a Ā£150+ spend. Rewards can be saved up to purchase a more expensive item or spent on your next order as you wish.
This new systems starts on the 9th April.
If you usually place your orders directly through me I will keep track of your rewards for you so no need to worry.
If you place orders via my online store clear instructions will pop up on the screen for you.
If you have any problems just let me know and I will do my best to assist you.
And finally ...
Following last months shock announcement that Stampin' Up! will be discontinuing Thick Basic White card I am delighted to announce that the decision has been reversed - hurrah!
The Thick White card will not show in the upcoming Annual Catalogue but will now be listed as an online exclusive product. I can't begin to tell you how relieved I am at this decision - I use the thick ward card for all my card bases.
Phew, if you have made it this far well done and thankyou!
Wishing you all a very crafty April!
If there is anything I can help you with, just let me know.
Susan xx
