Craftyduckydoodah! June Updates

Hello and welcome to June!  Hasn't it been so warm in the UK?  I had to put my Tombow in the fridge to cool down on a couple of occasions to stop it 'erupting'.  I am seriously thinking about A/C in my craft room. May saw the launch of the May - August Catalogue - if you haven't got a copy yet just let me know.  I held a launch event and had so many samples to share.  It was lovely to welcome new, regular an returning crafters.  The BOGOF sale proved popular too!  I was ably assisted in my launch prep by Clyde who made a rare appearance - he certainly knows what is the best glue ever!  

Attendees made a pretty card using one of the new In-Colours - Golden Glow.

Product Of The Month (POTM)

Coffee & Cards

During May we used a mix of current and brand new items for our projects.  We used a stamp set called Moon & Back to create these cards.  One of them had a spinning element to the moon!

We will be using lots of exciting new products during June including this lovely bundle called Cutest Crew - perfect projects for cat and dog lovers!

Sessions take place every Tuesday, 10.30 - 12.30pm in Godmanchester and cost just £18 - all materials, tuition, equipment and light refreshments are included.  If you have a paper trimmer and basic tools (scissors, bone folder etc) please bring with you along with your preferred adhesives.  A limited supply of adhesives are available to purchase if you forget or run out.  Classes are suitable for all level of crafters from absolute beginners to more advanced crafters.  Keep an eye on my facebook page for further details.  

If there is a project you particularly want to create and you are unable to attend the regular morning session, drop me a message as I may be able to offer either an afternoon or evening session for you.

Workshops

For our May workshop we used a super new Designer Series Paper (DSP) called Artisan Sketched Garden.  We created 5 projects and coloured the images on the DSP with a blender pen and ink.

For our June workshops we will be using a stamp and die bundle called Springtime Scenes.  We will be creating 3 projects, one of them has an interactive element!  Keep an eye on my Craftyducky facebook page for some sneaky peaks of the projects.

Cost: £29 - includes all materials, tuition and light refreshments.

When:    Tuesday 30th June - 9:30pm (this is a repeat of the morning class)

Booking is essential to avoid disappointment.  Please bring basic craft kit with you (scissors, bone folder, poky tool) paper trimmer and your preferred adhesives.

A limited selection of adhesives will be available for purchase on the day should you forget or run out.

Classes are achievable by beginners and experienced crafters alike.
