Flower Shop - Box in a Bag Note Cards

Hello again.  I have seen on Facebook and Pinterest lots of version of today's project for a while now and I have been wanting to have a go myself but I thought it would be too difficult.  I found a brilliant tutorial on Pinterest for a 'bag in a box' at the weekend so I decided to have a go. You can find the tutorial here...

Thank you to Caroline Hallett for sharing her tutorial.

This is my first attempt and I was so pleased with how everything came together - no issues with the Sticky Strip, the most difficult part was making sure that the brads were even on both sides!

I don't know about you but I tend to hoard scraps of paper so I decided to challenge myself to use some that were leftover from this project to make a matching set of note cards.

I used the Flower Shop stamp set that has six lovely blooms to choose from and the coordinating Pansy Punch (you could cut the flowers out by hand easily) and two retiring ink colours (so sad to see them go) but you could use any colours that match your paper.

The addition of some glitter glue to the centre of the flowers and along the paper strip finished everything off quite nicely.

You do need to use 12 x 12 card stock and paper for this project, a list of products I used can be found below (with the exception of the 12 x 12 cards stock and paper which are now unfortunately retired).
