Work of Art
Hello again - I hope you all had a lovely Easter. I got a lovely dark and minty egg from my other half - the chocolate was so thick I had to bash it on the wall to get into it but I was not going to be defeated I can tell you!!
Today I wanted to show what I did using a lovely set called Work of Art. I wanted to keep the cards clean and simple so I chose to use just one colour of ink - Lost Lagoon and some Basic Black for the sentiments. I used the Itty Bitty Accent flower punch with some jewels for simple embellishments.
I had such fun producing these little cards - they could perhaps also be used as a gift tag - what do you think?
I was enjoying myself so much that I was not watching what I was doing - I managed to ink up my stamp with black ink by mistake so I carried on but, I think it would have looked better using Lost Lagoon (or any other colour really)!!
On this occasion I even stamped the back of the envelopes too - this is not something I usually do but I will definitely do more of in the future.
Thanks for looking at my Blog - don't forget to check out the updated Weekly Deals and Clearance Rack as lots of lovely new bargains have been added!

I love the simplicity and versatility of this Stamp Set. It just goes to show that you don't need many items to produce a range of beautiful, coordinating cards and envelopes x
