Giggle Greetings - cheesy birthday!
Hello - a really quick post from me today as I got back rather late last night after spending a few days in Leeds; going to the dentist and getting my hair done and then going out for a meal with my son and his girlfriend Kate to celebrate his 25th birthday. We went to a tapas restaurant near Kirkstall Abbey and had a superb time.
He loves cheese in all guises so I just had to use this image from Giggle Greetings which sadly will no longer be available after the 2nd June.
I used the Polka Dot embossing folder to add a little dimension to the background with a scrap of DSP and a strip of washi tape to break up the Crushed Curry (the nearest I could get to cheese coloured) cardstock.
I stamped the image with Soft Suede ink as black seemed too harsh and then coloured with Stampin' Write Markers.
Once I had put the card together I thought it needed a little something else; I knew he would definitely not appreciate a bow so I tied a knot in some ribbon and added some baker's twine on top.
Hope he likes it!
Details of the products I used can be found below.
