By The Tide - not just for cards!
Hello, I am sharing with you today a card I for my best friend Lesley. She recently celebrated a special birthday on a Greek island with her family so I knew just the stamp set I wanted to use for her card - By The Tide!
You will note that there is no mention of a birthday or her age on the card either!
Here is a close up of the detail on the shell and the sea horse that I stamped carefully onto vellum. The 'splodge' of Pool Party ink underneath the images is courtesy of the Work of Art stamp set. A sprinkling of tiny pearls and some Dazzling Details glitter adhesive catch the light beautifully:
Lesely was thrilled with her gift and I know that she always keeps the cards I make for her too.

I was really pleased with how the card turned out - in fact I think I will make a version for myself and frame it - I just need to find the time!
