Vintage Leaves for Coffee & Cards

Hello, there was a definite chill in the air this morning and some of the leaves in our garden are starting to turn so I took this as inspiration for this week's card.

I used the Vintage Leaves stamp set that comes with the matching Leaflets Framelits - can't resist a bundle and of course the 15% saving!

This card would be suitable for many occasions; all you have to do is change the message and, I think it would make a great card for those difficult men's cards too!  I used Pear Pizazz, Pumpkin Pie, Hello Honey and Chocolate Chip to stamp and die cut a selection of leaves:

I decided to decorate the front of the envelope too:

And then, rather than waste the remaining ink on the stamps I stamped some leaves on the inside of the card:

If you would like to join me on Tuesday afternoon at Stugles of St Ives Coffee Shop to make a card like this, please message me for further details or to reserve your seat as places are limited.

I spent the weekend in Leeds; going to the Dentist and getting a much needed hair cut - my hair grows so fast at this time of the year.  I called in to see my Mum and was able to give my niece her birthday present which was too bulky to post - she has certainly grown since the last time I saw her!

I stayed overnight with my lovely friend Kath and her husband Ian - it was brilliant to have a proper catch up instead of a quick stop off for a cuppa on the way home.  On Saturday I did  a spot of retail therapy and bought a pressie for my hubby who celebrates his birthday at the end of this month.  I also met up with my son Christopher and his lovely girlfriend Kate for lunch before coming home.

This card will be winging it's way up North shortly to says thanks to Kath and Ian.

Details of the products I used to make this project can be found below and can be ordered by clicking the links at the side of this post.  All orders over £20 (excluding postage) will receive a little thank you from me if you use the current Hostess Code TY9FN2EB (please remember to allow me to access your contact details).  For orders over £150 please do not use the Hostess Code to ensure that you receive the benefits.

Thanks for looking at my Blog.
