Stampin' Up! - A Nice Cuppa, you are tea-riffic!

Hello, I was delighted to be asked to do an additional & Child workshop to make a couple of projects just in time for Mother's Day on March 6th.  A set called A Nice Cuppa immediately sprung to mind - so armed with a cuppa for myself, I got to work.

This particular stamp set comes as part of a bundle with matching dies (= 15% saving) and makes easy work of producing professional looking images with no fidlly cutting out!  There is also a matching DSP stack called Have a Cuppa so I decided to use the colours in the papers as my inspiration.

This is what I came up with:

I could not resist attaching a piece of Baker's Twine to the cutest little die cut tea bag and dangling it over the edge of the teacup!!

I also used the little heart die that comes in the set to cut some vellum to represent steam and adhered it with tiny spots of glue from the Fine Tip Glue Pen.

Here is the finished card and envelope:

All Mum's deserve a little present from time to time so I made a little tag to go on a matching gift bag too.
