Stampin' Up! Basket Bunch - Coffee & Cards Easter Project

Hello, this week is proving to be very busy for me - two Coffee & Card sessions and two Easter Craft Buffet sessions too.  I also have to spend half a day a regional event for the Women's Institute in St Ives as I am President of the Godmanchester WI!  Fortunately I have lots of chocolate in the house to keep me going!

This is the first project for this week - I made two versions; one in pink and one in blue.

I used this fabulous DSP from the Annual Catalogue as my background.

Can you see the patterns on the DSP?  These white on white designs show up when you use a sponge dauber and ink.

This one using Sweet Sugarplum ...

These tiny die cut eggs that are in the Basket Builder framelits dies (top of the image below) look so pretty with the addition of a few jewels.

And this one using Pool Party ...

I used the Swirly Scribbles Thinlets dies and some Wild Wasabi cardstock to cut out this swirly shape to 'sit' the bunny on.

I also stamped a row of eggs on the inside and on the front of the envelope.

I would love to know whether you prefer this card in pink or blue - as usual, I like them both and can't decide lol!

If you would like to join me to make one of these cards and another project, I have sessions available on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons this week.  You can find the details here.
