Stampin' Up! Ribbon of Courage
Hello, from time to time I am asked to do private workshops and today was one of those days!
One of my Monday crafty ladies (Lesley) asked if I would do a workshop for her and her daughter Faith using a stamp set called Ribbon of Courage.
This stamp set was inspired by an amazing Stampin' Up! Demonstrator from the USA called Patty Bennett. When Demonstrators achieve 1 million in sales they get to design a stamp set - how amazing is that?
This bundle (= 10% saving) allows you to stamp and cut a support ribbon for your favourite cause with additional dies for you to use to embellish your ribbon.
The sentiments in this set are so lovely too - Faith has several friends who have health issues as indeed does Faith herself. Courage means so much to those who have it, and possibly even more to those who need it. Partner these encouraging phrases with an adaptable awareness ribbon for a truly courageous message.
I created a few samples to provide inspiration but both Faith and Lesley came up with lots of lovely ideas of their own too. The colours they used reflected the conditions that Faith and her friends suffer from.
Faith has only done a tiny bit of crafting before so we took things slowly with me explaining things as we went and offering lots of hints and tips. Before we knew it three hours had passed us by! Of course I completely forgot to take any photos - luckily Faith took some for me!

We also used the Sunshine Wishes Thinlets dies for two of the cards.
Such lovely cards ladies - you both did ever so well, a lovely afternoon with lots of chatter, cake and crafting. Thank you for asking me to help you!
I know that Faith intends to send all these cards to her friends - I am sure they will love them!
