Stampin' Up! Unicorn Workshop
Hello, just a really quick post from me sharing details of a lovely crafty afternoon today with lots of glitter and sparkles!
At the beginning of September I shared a card I made for my niece - you can see it here - there is also a link to a fabulous tutorial too. Some of my crafty ladies saw the card and asked if they could make one too.
Apologies for the photos - these frames are so difficult to photograph at the best of times but I had to take these very quickly before everyone went home.
We had a monotone unicorn...
A super sparkly unicorn with rock chick eyelashes ...
A unicorn in specified colours for my niece ...
We used false eyelashes in a variety of colours and all with added bling for lots of sparkle. We made matching cards and gift tags too.
These projects are a good example of using what you have to create something special - we used a mix of current and retired items and raided my none SU crafty stash. The background swirl is from Star of Light - we used the fine-tip glue pen and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter to sparkle it up. The shadow box frames are as usual, from IKEA.
We all ended up covered in glitter and I think it will be some time before my dining room floor is free from sparkle!
If you would like to join me for my next Workshop using Colorful Seasons, you can find the details here.
Thanks for joining me ladies, see you soon for some more crafty fun.
Susan xx
