Stampin' Up! Watts of Occasions - stepped up

Hello, there have been lots of puns flying around again this week whilst using the Watts of Occasions stamp set.

My crafty ladies loved the colours we used this week - a nice change from traditional Valentine colours!

We used one of the new embossing folders - the Confetti one that can be found peeking around the corner of page 13 of the Spring/Summer Catalogue.

We also used some of the Naturally Eclectic DSP for our background as the colours were just right for this project.  I took along a couple of options that featured Lemon Lime Twist and Bermuda Bay.

We also used the Layering Squares Thinlits - not used these for absolutely ages as I always seem to reach for my favourite Stitched Shape Framelits.

There are 19 dies in this set - if you only have minimal crafting supplies, they would be a fantastic addition to your crafty stash - just saying!

The light bulb was stamped onto Bermuda Bay card stock and cut out.  The sentiment was stamped onto a scrap of card and the words carefully cut apart.  I used the Mini Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere them to the panel.

The tiny heart was punched with a now sadly retired punch.

Here is the completed card.

Here are some of the lovely cards that were made on Tuesday - lots of going off piste again, well done ladies!

Thanks to everyone who joined me this week for a crafty coffee.  Next week we will be using Petal Palette again by special request.  I will post details of the projects shortly so come back soon so you don't miss anything!

One of my cats (Annie) is not quite herself at the moment - I fear we may have to attempt a visit to the vets.  Annie does not appreciate being shoved into a cat basket - gauntlets at the ready, wish me luck!

Hope you have a crafty weekend.

Susan xx
