Wonderful Romance - quick & simple
For our first project this week using the Wonderful Romance stamp set we are also using something rather special - the Floral Romance Speciality Designer Series Paper (DSP).
These soft and elegant designs are perfect for Weddings, Anniversaries and lots of other occasions too.
Did you know that the two DSP's shown at the top of the image are actually vellum? Well they are; even better there are three sheets of each included in this DSP selection too! This means you can use two sheets and still keep one to stroke!
We used some of the vellum with the Rectangle Stitched Shape Framelits to create a background for the sentiment.
Top Tip
Add the adhesive (Tombow) behind where you plan to place the sentiment so that you can't see it behind the vellum.
I stamped the sentiment using Sahara Sand ink for a softer, pretty look. Talking of sentiments - isn't this one lovely? I can't seem to stop using it and, it is a very strong contender for my all time favourite sentiment too!
We used the coordinating Framelits to cut out some leaves and a flower. The flower has been shaped for a bit of dimension with the end of the Paper Piercing Tool and a small pearl added to the centre.
A tiny bow was added to the opposite corner, adhered with a rolled up glue dot.
The inside of the card and the envelope were stamped to coordinate as usual.
