Very Versailles - quick & simple

Here are the details for our first project this week using a stamp set called Very Versailles and s 'spotlight' technique.

To recreate this project you need a panel of Whisper White (thick) card 5mm smaller than the notecard.

The text and the branch have been stamped using Sahara Sand Ink.  I used the Stamparatus to ensure accurate placement of the images for the next step.  I then scuffed the edges.

Take another piece of card and stamp the text again using Sahara Sand then stamp the leaves in Pretty Peacock ink over the top of the text.

I then used on of the Stitched Shapes dies to cut out the centre of the stamped panel.

I placed dimensionals on the back of the circle and carefully aligned it to my panel - make sure everything is correctly lined up otherwise it will look a bit odd!

I used a die from a set called Perfect Parcels and stamped a sentiment in Pretty Peacock ink (Botanical Bliss).

The tiny butterfly is from a stamp set called Butterfly Wishes and has been punched out, curled and shaped and then adhered with a dab of Tombow.

The inside of the card and the envelope have been stamped to coordinate - I love this colour combo and overstamping the two images looks so pretty.
