Butterfly Basics - back again!
Hello, I can't seem to stop using the Butterfly Basics stamp set; I am so pleased that it will continue in the new catalogue as there is so much more I want to try with the set.
This time I decided to use the middle sized die in the Thinlets and, once again, Gorgeous Grunge crept in too!
This is what I made using Wisteria Wonder ink - such a pretty colour and one I don't use very often:
and this one using Coastal Cabana:
Inking around the edges of the butterfly helps to make it stand out from the background. I love how you can create multi layered background effects using the stamping off technique (ink, stamp and stamp again without re inking) and the stamps in this set are perfect for this.
