Festival of Trees for Coffee & Cards
Hello, this week at Coffee & Cards (held at Stugles of St Ives Coffee Shop) we will be using Festival of Trees to make a card for Christmas. This was one of the very first stamps sets I purchased from Stampin' Up! and I used it for my Christmas cards last year.
Two weeks ago I was asked by a lovely lady who already has this set to give her some ideas for this year and I was also asked to come up with a design that used non traditional colours. Good job I like a challenge!
As I stood looking around my now tidy (at least for the next 5 minutes) craft room, I spotted a pack of unopened cardstock in Pacific Point.
This is what I came up with and we will be making it tomorrow. If you would like to join this lovely, relaxed craft session please let me know so that I can prepare supplies for you.
It is a really simple card to make but quite hard to photograph the glitter on the tree! Once I got started with this particular colour scheme I came up with more ideas which I will share with you later in the week.
Needless to say my craft room is no longer tidy and I have still not found my little pink ducky!
Thanks so much for looking at my Blog today, I hope you enjoyed my project; if you need any of the products to create it – I would love to be your demonstrator! Simply use my “shop with me” button or click on the catalogue links on the right. Alternatively, contact me and I would be happy to place your order for you.
All orders over £20 (excluding postage) will receive a little thank you from me if you use the current Hostess Code: Y4FYCB9H (please remember to allow me to access your contact details). For orders over £150 please do not use the Hostess Code to ensure that you receive the benefits.
