Lighthearted Leaves
Hello, I was lucky enough recently to be given the chance to choose a free stamp set by my lovely Stampin' Up! Upline, Mikaela as a thank you when she achieved an incentive trip of a Mediterranean holiday in 2016!
I knew straight away which one to choose - I'd had Lighthearted Leaves on my wish list for a while; it coordinates with the Leaflets Framelits which in turn coordinates with the Vintage Leaves stamp set. I already have both of these and the Vintage Leaves set is one of my current favourites and has been featured many times on my Blog recently!
I decided to have some fun with a few of my favourite colours; Pool Party, Pear Pizazz and Soft Sky.
I stamped the images in Pear Pizazz and then used the Framelits to cut out the leaves. I used an Aqua Painter to do a little water colouring, highlighting areas with some Dazzling Details.
Here is the finished card:
I am having so much fun with this set and I will be sharing more cards with you very soon!
