Emily's Masterpieces!
Hello, this is a slightly unusual post for me - not a sign of anything Stampin' Up! anywhere at all ...
Several weeks ago I was invited to a Birthday party and I knew that my friends great niece Emily was going to be there too. Her Grandma had mentioned that she loved all sorts of crafty things and as I was trying (and failing) to have a bit of a crafty clear out I had a word with myself and I filled a bag full of all sorts of bits and pieces.
I had an email from Emily's Mum with some photos of what Emily had made. All I can say is WOW! From a rather odd and mismatched collection of bits Emily came up with some wonderful cards - I was so impressed I thought I would share then with you.
I think my favourite is the one with the hedgehog on - I remember stamping and colouring him over 10 years ago but I never did anything with him!
I am so pleased that Emily has been able to make such good use of all these bits and pieces. I will be having another clear out very soon and now I know that someone can make such good use of my excess crafty stash .....
Watch out for the postman Emily, if you are ever visiting around Huntingdon you must come and have a play in my craft room BUT warn your Mum you could be missing for quite some time!

The card with the candle has already been sent to a good home!

They are lovely. Emily has a good eye for colour by the look of it. Good idea to get them started young, Susan.
ReplyDeleteThanks Bev, I will tell her! Perhaps she might like to join the 'ducklings' when she is old enough!! xx
