Stampin' Up Vintage Leaves - variations on a theme!
Hello, I have had so much fun this week playing with different ink colours and the Petal Burst TIEF to create backgrounds for theses gorgeous leaves!
Initially I had two designs as a starting point for the crafty ladies that join me for Coffee & Cards each week.
Then this happened; I added some Pumpkin Pie ink around the edges of the Old Olive background.
On this version I added some additional Rich Razzleberry ink around the edges of the backgroun. I confess, it was a 'happy accident' I opened the wrong ink pad whilst chatting!
For the final version I stuck with a single colour and kept it simple!
One of the things I love about crafting is the endless possibilities ... This particular TIEF is called Petal Burst but, when I looked at it I saw leaves!
If you would like to receive a FREE Petal Burst TIEF as a thank you gift from me just remember to use my current Hostess Code when you place an online order during October.
If you need to order any supplies, simply use my “shop with me” button or click on the catalogue links on the right. Alternatively, contact me and I would be happy to place your order for you. I am working on something very special at the moment - I am meeting up with a fellow SU Demo from Germany on Monday! I am soooo excited - I will be taking my craftyducky with me for a photo opportunity; watch this space!

On this version I intensified the Old Olive ink on the background and then added more ink onto the leaves, crumpled them up a bit and then smoothed them out again before adhering to my background.
Louise (one of my Tuesday ladies) came up with the idea of adding some extra bling behind the Rich Razzleberry ribon and I have to say, it does look lovely - thanks Louise!
