Back On Your Feet - quick & simple
Here are the details for our first project this week using a stamp set called Back On Your Feet.
The scalloped note cards and envelopes are the perfect match for a certain stripey sheet of Designer Series Paper (DSP) that is part of the Bird Ballard Suite.
I used one of my favourite Stitched Rectangle dies and stamped the tortoise and sentiment with Memento ink. The image has been coloured with Stampin' Blends.
A 2.5 cm strip of DSP has been adhered across the centre of the note card using tombow. A smaller 1 cm has been added to the inside of the card and the front of the envelope. The coloured panel has been adhered with dimensionals.
Here is the completed card and envelope.
At my Monday Coffee & Cards session I used the rather cute giraffe on a different coloured note card. The sentiment has been stamped onto a die cut circle and adhered with a dimensional. It was not my intention to do this but a mucky splodge happened!!
