Team Event
There are many perks and privilege's when you join Stampin' Up! and one of them is being able to attend team events. Each event is different, but usually includes a little Stampin' Up! talk, crafting and of course cake! Unfortunately not all of the team were able to join us this time - there are some nasty bugs going around. Everyone received one of these fabulous Hot Boxes as a special thank you from me.
We made 5 items using the brand new Seaside Bay Suite of products. Three cards, a 3d item and an inked/stamped piece that everyone took home as homework! You can see below a few of the projects we made.
Coffee & Cards
These sessions are very popular. If you would like to join me, the sessions take place on Tuesday mornings - 10:30 until 12:30 at my home in Godmanchester.
Sessions cost £10 and include all materials, tuition and light refreshments. The class is suitable for all level of crafters including absolute beginners.
There are different projects every week, sometimes it will be a fun fold card or a 3d item or even a new technique. During January we made a pop out bendy card, a book fold card and a card and treat box for Valentines!
Next week we will be using a stamp set called Legendary Ride to make cards for the men in our lives. We will be stamping, die cutting, and embossing so we are going to be busy! The following week we will be playing with watercolour techniques.
Full details can be found on my facebook page . Places are limited so please let me know you would like to come asap to avoid disappointment.

New Spring Catalogue
If you haven't got a copy yet and would like one or, if you know someone who would, just let me know and you can either collect or I can pop in the post for you/them.
Can I help you?
If you need any advice before placing an order or you have any crafty questions, please get in touch - I'm always happy to help. You can email me susan_merrey@yahoo.co.uk or telephone 07905 403 823 during normal working hours, if I can't get to the phone please leave a message!
On a personal note, our kitchen is still not complete - remedial work that was supposed to make everything ok during December and has actually made things worse (again). The option to rip the kitchen out and start again is looking more appealing!
I am still hoping to join some blog hops again this year to share projects ideas and inspiration. January flew by so I will try harder to join in this month!
I have a prototype for the wedding invites and am almost ready to start mass producing them. My daughter has her frock but I am still looking for mine!
