Stampin' Up! Birthday Blast - Quick & Simple
Hello, I have been having fun this morning playing with some new goodies that Stampin' Up! are launching as two very special bundles before the new Annual Catalogue launches at the beginning of June. It's called the Eastern Palace Suite and it is absolutely gorgeous! It features three of the new In-Colours and a lovely stamp / thinlet set as well as some very exciting embellishments! I put a sneaky peak on my facebook page (here). I will be able to share more details with you on the 24th April ...
Here are the details for the first project for Coffee & Cards this week using this clever bundle, Birthday Blast.
I decided to offer the projects for this week with a choice of two colourways; Dapper Denim or Peekaboo Peach.
I really like the effect you get when stamping onto cardstock with the same colour ink.
My crafty ladies always enjoy using the Tripple Banner Bunch - much easier than cutting the ends yourself! I cut some strips of DSP in my latest attempt to use it and we used two different patterns on the front of each card.
We added some silver sequin trim and a few jewels for a bit of sparkle.
The sentiment is stamped onto the largest banner size.
We did some simple stamping on the inside of the cards and on the envelope too.
I realised when I was adding this photo that I had forgotten to add some jewels to the Peekaboo Peach version - oops!
Which version do you prefer - the blue or the peach?
If you would like to join me to make one of these cards and another project, I have a session Thursday afternoon this week. You can find the details here.
Thank you so much for looking at my Blog today, if you don't have a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator I would love to be yours! If you don't have a catalogue and you would like one, please let me know and I will send one to you.
I will be posting details of the second Coffee & Card project and the products I used to create it in more detail later this week so be sure to pop back soon!
If you need to order any supplies, simply use my “shop with me” button or click on the catalogue links on the right. Alternatively, contact me and I would be happy to place an order for you.
Details of products I used for this project and, this months FREE gift can be found below. STOP PRESS! I have just checked the retiring lists, the DSP I used it now available for just £16 - brilliant value for 40 12 x 12 sheets!
I hope to see you at a Coffee & Cards session soon.
