Stampin' Up! Tropical Chic - stepped up

Hello, here are the details for the second project using Tropical Chic albeit a day later than usual - what a week it has been!

The weather has been so hot that I decided to stamp and cut out all the pink flowers we would be using this week - I think all this sunshine has gone to my head!  Normal service will resume shortly ... I cut dozens of them out but it did not take that long really.

The sentiment is from Perennial Birthday - it is stamped onto a piece of cardstock that spans the entire width of the card.  The two flowers have been adhered with Tombow, the sentiment has been raised up with Dimensionals.

My favourite part of this project is the inside of the card - I love the contrasting colours!

These just  are some of the cards made this week at Coffee & Cards.  I am really enjoying the recent colour refresh - so many new combinations to explore and, ones that I would not normally choose like the colours used this week - thank you Stampin' Up!

Thanks to everyone who joined me this week.  I have so many ideas for projects with the bundle it might well be back again!  I will share details of the projects for next week shortly - I have not decided what we will be doing next week yet.

I am busy doing some last minute prep for a very special event tomorrow.  Its my ducklings team event which is taking place in St Ives.  We will be crafting, chatting, drinking coffee and eating cake (of course)!!

Here is a sneaky peak of something else tropical I have made as a treat for my ducklings!
