Craftyduckydoodah! Review of 2019 - Part I

Hello and welcome to part one of my review of 2019.  Originally I intended to do just one post but in true Craftyducky style, more is best!

January saw the start of Sale-A-Bration (SAB) with lots of free goodies with every £45 order.  Lots of my lovely crafty ladies earned this particular stamp set!

The good news is, its almost time for SAB 2020!  If you haven't got copies of the new Spring/Summer and Sale-A-Bration brochures let me know - there are so, so many beautiful new products launching on the 3rd of January.

Coffee & Cards sessions kicked off with some very popular cards for the men in our lives and, in this case also my daughter Rosie!  She has a thing for Mustangs - and is saving up to buy herself one!

February saw two of my favourite cards of 2019; made with a free SAB stamp set called By The Bay.

I was told many years ago by my Art Teacher that I was not creative and I became Art Monitor.  I spent a couple of years mixing paint, washing pots etc for those that were deemed to be creative.  Thankfully some of the lessons stuck with me as I experimented with watercolour painting to create these projects.

I wonder what Mrs Kao would say if she could see me now?

February was a very 'arty' month for me as it also saw me experimenting with a rather inky technique that brought my love of science and crafting together.  You can read the full post HERE.

March
My first all day event where I was joined by my favourite lady from Field Lodge Care Home.  Pat loves to craft, she just can't get enough of it!  Her daughter Julie is also well on the way to becoming a crafty addict.  It is so lovely to see them share and discover all things crafty together.

My favourite project from March was a tunnel card made with a stamp set called Sea of Textures.  I loved this slightly unusual colour combination and there were lots of opportunities to change these designs around too.

Well that's it for the first quarter of 2019, I'll be back with the part two soon.

Hope you had a wonderful Christmas.
