Under My Umbrella - stepped up
Here are the details for our final project this week using the Under My Umbrella Bundle.
I saw this project on You Tube made by the Kitchen Table Stamper aka Marisa Alvarez. I loved it so much I am Copying and Selectively Editing (CASEing) it. I made a couple of little changes but loved her design so much I had to share it with my crafty ladies.
To create the Under My Umbrella card
I followed the tutorial above but I also added a piece of ww card 5mm smaller than the back panel so I could write a message on the card, see below.
I used an assortment of Stampin' Blends to colour the stamped images using colours from the Best Dressed DSP.
I used some of this lovely spotty ribbon behind the panel on my card.
It was a tough decision as to whether to add a dotty knot too - in the end I did!
I added a couple of stamped images to the panel for the back of the card.
Here is the completed card and envelope.
Of course, as the week goes on I made several different versions of this project.
I have really enjoyed using this bundle - so many ideas, so little time as usual!
Thanks to everyone who joined me this week for some crafty fun. Next week we will be using a stamp set called Beautiful Moments.
I'm back at the weekend with another Tic Tac Toe Challenge and a Kre8tors Blog Hop.
Busy weekend for me as I am up in Leeds for a hair cut and to visit my son!
Have a great weekend.

If you need to order any supplies, simply use my “shop with me” button or click on the catalogue links on the right. Alternatively, contact me and I would be happy to place an order for you.
If you would like copies of either of the current catalogues let me know and I will pop them in the post for you. If you prefer, you can view online versions by clicking the links to the right of this post. The Spring/Summer and Sale-A-Bration catalogues are now available - please message me if you would like copies.
Would you like to receive a FREE gift from me?
All orders placed directly with me or online receive a handmade card from me as a thank you but did you know that all orders over £20 (excluding postage) will receive a gift from me too? If you use the current Hostess Code I will pop something in with your order or post directly to you. (Please remember to allow me to access your contact details otherwise I won't be able to contact you).
If your order is over £150 please don't use the code as you will receive your own Stampin' Rewards. You will still receive a card and a gift from me.
If you are local to me and can collect, I’m happy for you to piggyback one of my orders to save on postage.
If you have any questions, or need help with anything I’m always happy to help. You can email me susan_merrey@yahoo.co.uk or telephone 07905 403 823.
Thank you for shopping with me and supporting my business!
