Tag Buffet - stepped up

Here are the details for my second project this week showing another way to use the Tag Buffet stamp set.

Here is my project:

Craftyduckydoodah, Tag Buffet, Stampin' Up, Christmas 2020,

The colours I used:

You will need:

21 xm x 14.5 cm Real Red - scored at 10.5 cm

10 cm x 14 cm Designer Series Paper

10 m x 14 cm ww regular card - insert

2.5 cm x 10 cm ww thick

10cm x 3 cm Old Olive

Scraps of ww thick and Old Olive for stamping

The stamping and colouring:

I used Memento ink to stamp a bauble onto a piece of ww thick card and fussy cut out.  The image has been coloured with Stampin' Blends.  I also stamped two sprigs on Old Olive card using the same coloured ink.  The sprigs have also been fussy cut out.

Craftyduckydoodah, Tag Buffet, Stampin' Up, Christmas 2020,

I used Fine-Tip glue to adhere some glitter.  The sentiment has been stamped onto the strip on ww card with Real Red ink.  Adhere the sentiment panel to the Old Olive strip using Tombow.

To assemble:
Adhere the piece of DSP to the card front using double sided tape.

I punched a hole in the sentiment panel and through the top of the bauble.  The bauble has been threaded with a piece of linen thread that was adhered on the reverse of the sentiment panel with double sided tape.  Adhere the two sprigs to the back of the bauble using Tombow.

Adhere the sentiment and the bauble to the card front using dimensionals.  Make sure that the bauble is hanging straight!

The inside:
I stamped a bauble on the insert and coloured with Stampin' Blends.  I also added some more glitter.  I drew the string with a Stampin' Write Marker - a floating bauble is just wrong!  The insert has been adhered with double sided tape.

The completed project:

I also stamped, coloured and glittered the envelope - not sure what came over me!

Craftyduckydoodah, Tag Buffet, Stampin' Up, Christmas 2020,

I really like this card, fairly simple to put together and just think of all the different DSP you can use.  I think this project will be perfect for my son this year; not too much sparkle and not too
fussy!

My extension and kitchen build is not going to plan - the whole house (and my craft room) are in a state of upheaval.  Hopefully I will finish the two projects I have been working on that I need for blog hops on this weekend!

Have a crafty weekend.  Don't forget this Sunday is Share it Sunday!  Share a photo on my facebook page of a recent crafty project for a chance to win a little something from me at the end of the month.  Projects don't have to be Stampin' Up or even paper crafting.  Anything you have been working on is great so share away!
