Stampin' Up! Star of Light for Coffee & Cards
Hello, as I am writing this post a friend has just informed me quite calmy that there are only 78 days until Christmas - EEKKKK!!
So for Coffee & Cards next week I thought we should have some fun with a quick and simple card that would be very easy to mass produce in any number of colours very quickly.
Originally, I was going to make this card in Night of Navy or Dapper Denim but, as it is my birthday today I did not really want to be taken out for dinner with blue hands!
So Sweet Sugarplum it was along with the stunning Star of Light stamp set.
I have had this set for some time now but this is the first chance I have had to use it. I absolutely love the swirly stars - perfect for backgrounds all year round. There are a total of 21 stamps in this set along with several lovely sentiments too.
Apologies if the photos in this post are slighly blurred - I am not sure if it is me, the camera or my laptop. Perhaps I should get my eyes tested ....
Of course there had to be some sparkle on the card somewhere; I used the Fine Tip Glue Pen to add some Dazzling Diamonds Stampin Glitter but felt it still needed a little something extra.
So out came the Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper and the jewels!
Here is the completed card and envelope:
I will be making lots of these cards in a variety of colours ... which colour would you use? I would love you to leave a comment below!

Time: 2:00 - 4:00pm
Cost: £3.00 - includes all materials and tuition. Additional cards can be made for £2.50 each.
Thursday
Venue: The Grand Piano Cafe Bar, Godmanchester
Time: 10 -12 pm
Cost: £3.00 - includes all materials and tuition. Additional cards can be made for £2.50 each
