Stampin' Up! Mixed Drinks - quick and simple

Hello, I certainly had some fun this morning concocting all sorts of drinks using the Mixed Drinks stamp set.  Somehow I have managed to overlook this ever so useful stamp set - until now that is!

The first card is suitable for the men in your life - a great big glass of beer!  I used Delightful Dijon for mine.

On the second card I used Cherry Cobbler ink for the red wine.  I love the sentiment on this one, I can never resist a good pun!

I confess I am not too keen on the next card - I was trying for a sort of Peach Bellini look.  I think I stamped the bubbles in the wrong place or perhaps the Peekaboo Peach ink is the wrong colour?

Lemonade anyone?  For this card I used So Saffron ink stamped off once. The bubbles are part of the Playful Backgrounds stamp set.  The cards does need a sentiment but I will wait to see what occassion I need it for first.

I'm not really sure what the next drink is supposed to be - it could even be an ice cream sundae.  I did a stepped up version of this card that I will share with you on Thursday.  I used Wink of Stella on the frothy topping but unfortunately it does not show up at all on the photo.

I had chance to try an experiment this morning - I will post details of how I achieved the effect on Thursday.
