Stampin' Up! Butterfly Basics - quick & simple

Hello, here are the details for our first project this week using Butterfly Basics and Gorgeous Grunge (GG).

As a change from making a card this week we used the retired Curvy Keepsake Box.

Butterfly Basics is one of those stamp sets that are so useful - great for creating your own backgrounds and DSP sheets.  There are lots of useful little elements and the sentiments are lovely too.  My set has been used rather a lot and is now quite discoloured but that does not affect how it stamps so, all is good!

I love this little box and was so sad when the die was retired - it is on my list of items that I won't ever part with!

All the stamping on the box was completed before assembly.

We die cut a matching tag, splattering with a little GG and a stamped and punched out a butterfly.  The tag was attached to the box using Very Vanilla Baker's Twine - the ends have been frayed deliberately!

Here is the completed box, perfect to pop a little something inside as a treat!
