So Many Stars - quick & simple

Here are the details for our first project this week using the fabulous So Many Stars bundle. I am absolutely loving this bundle it is just so versatile - I can see me using for lots of other occasions besides Christmas all year round!

We used the Delicata Silver ink and the little background stamp from So Many Stars to create a background for our project.

Mint Macaron ink has been used to stamp the central image onto thick Whisper White.  We then used the coordinating dies to cut out the image and also another larger star from Coastal Cabana.

The Coastal Cabana layer has been adhered to the note card with Tombow and the top layer with dimensionals.

We then used one of the Merry Christmas dies to cut out the word 'merry'.  It was adhered across the stars using tiny dabs of Tombow.  Think about where you need to place the glue!

We also used a stamp from the coordinating stamp set, Merry Christmas To All to stamp the word Christmas using Shaded Spruce ink onto a scrap of card.  The sentiment has been adhered using dimensionals.

This card really is what is says at the top of this post - quick & simple.  It would look great in so many colours and would be ideal for batch making too don't you think?

We stamped a border along the edge of the envelope flap and the inside of the card using Silver Delicata ink.

As I thought, Morag did indeed choose to use the word 'happy' on her project yesterday!

I have one final Coffee & Cards session this week on Thursday afternoon - you can find the details HERE, don't forget to let me know you are coming so I can prepare a kit for you!

Happy crafting!
