Craftyduckydoodah! December Updates

Hello and welcome to December!  How are your crafty Christmas projects coming along?   I hope you are nearly finished! I think I am just about done, food ordered and the last couple of presents due to arrive this week - then, only the pesky wrapping to do.  I really, really hate wrapping!  Then there is the tree - it's not up yet, is yours?

I have recently had a couple of returned packages from the Post Office - if you have been expecting a little something from me as a thank you for an order or have requested catalogues and nothing has arrived, please let me know asap so I can sort it out for you.

As demand for a product changes, we’ll move products to our Last Chance Products category in the online store and begin the retiring process to make room for new products. Coffee & Cards

November was a very busy month here at Craftyducky HQ with crafting for Christmas our main focus.  We made some simple but elegant cards using the lovely Frosted Forest bundle.  Navy and white with silver always looks elegant doesn't it?

We also made a couple of very useful gift card holders which always come in handy at this time of the year using the Snowy Wonder bundle.

Sessions take place every Tuesday, 10.30 - 12.30pm in Godmanchester.  The cost is £15 and includes all materials, tuition and light refreshments.  Classes are suitable for all level of crafters from absolute beginners to more advanced crafters.  Keep an eye on my facebook page for further details.  

If you are unable to attend the regular morning session drop me a message as I may be able to offer either an afternoon or evening session for you.

Workshops

This month our C & C workshop week will be on Tuesday 17th December.  This month we will be using a bundle called Cake Celebrations for our projects.  Two sessions are available:

10.30 am - 1pm and 7 pm - 9.30pm

Further details available shortly.  If you would like to join us, please let me know as soon as possible as places are limited.

Christmas Ornaments Workshop

This is a repeat of a workshop from November; if anyone is interested in joining us please let me know asap.

Friday 13th December - 7pm to 9pm

Cost £35

There will be festive fun aplenty at this kit workshop.  There will be mince pies, Christmas music and chances for a pick from the 'ducky dip' bag too.  Don't forget to wear your Christmas jumper for an extra chance of a 'ducky dip'!!  Full details of the event can be found HERE.

For all classes and workshops please bring basic craft tools with you (bone folder, scissors, paper trimmer etc) if you have them and your preferred adhesives - I have limited supplies available for sale on the day if you forget or run out.

Classes take place at my home in Godmanchester unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is the only way to guarantee your place as regretfully, I have been let down in the past saving places for people who have not attended.

Sorry, no refunds unless I cancel the event. If for any reason you are unable to attend, I will do my best to find someone else to take your place but can't guarantee to do so. If not, your workshop kit will be available for collection after the event (kit will include basic supplies but no stamped images as per SU rules).

Ducklings Night Out!

Once again we paid a visit to The Welcome in St Ives for a fabulous meal.  The food is always amazing and the staff are lovely.  It was a fun night filled with laughter and chat and of course, food!  Sadly two friends were unable to join us but there will be another occasion next year.  I really appreciate all my ducklings and crafty friends whether they are customers or not.

Last Date for Christmas Delivery!

The Christmas season is a busy time of year for sending and receiving packages, so naturally shipping may take longer than normal in the coming weeks. If you are placing any orders for Christmas, please submit them by 16th December. Although we cannot guarantee that these orders will arrive before Christmas, we will do our best to get them out as quickly as possible. 

If you have made it this far, well done!! I did warn you that it was a long newsletter this month.

However you choose to spend the holiday season I hope you have a good one, I will be back in 2025 sharing more crafting inspiration and news.
