Hello and welcome to June!  Seriously, how quickly is this year flying by! We have just got back from a lovely weekend in and around Canterbury - it was a delayed surprise trip for Keith's special birthday earlier this year.  We managed a visit to the stunning Igtham Mote (National Trust), an amazing afternoon tea and safari truck ride at Port Lympne and a visit to Canterbury Cathedral over what was a very hot long weekend!

As ever, there is so much happening in the world of Stampin' Up! so, here are all the details you need in one place!

Suite Sale - buy one get one 50% off!

Starting 3rd June, all available suites and suite products from the 2025–2026 Annual Catalogue and Online Exclusives are buy one, get one 50% off! If you’ve had your eye on a new suite from the annual catalogue or you really like the look of a stamp set from an Online Exclusives suite, you don’t have to choose -you can get both!  

This is an  incredible deal and different from anything we have had before! You can get some FANTASTIC DEALS!! 

BUT you need to be careful how you order; it may require more than one order to get the best deal! Here is what I mean:

• Order two complete suites.  This saves you the most money.  One entire suite will be 50% off (the lower price suite is discounted).
• If you want to order suites PLUS maybe DSP or Embellishments from a suite, make sure you understand that the lowest priced items will be discounted. SO do NOT order two suites and two packs of DSP on the same order as the DSP is what will be discounted.

Coffee & Cards

During May we used what I think is my current favourite suite, Cheers & Sips (see below)!!  We used an emboss resist technique with watercolour to create these stunning cards.

Sessions take place every Tuesday, 10.30 - 12.30pm in Godmanchester.  The cost is £15 and includes all materials, tuition and light refreshments.  Classes are suitable for all level of crafters from absolute beginners to more advanced crafters.  Keep an eye on my facebook page for further details.  

If you are unable to attend the regular morning session drop me a message as I may be able to offer either an afternoon or evening session for you.

Workshops

Last month we used the lovely Florals in Bloom Suite which is an Online Exclusive item.  We created two cards, one a stand up (fold flat) card and a cute little box with a magnetic closure.

For June workshops we will be using the lovely Celebratory Sips Suite of products.  (yes, this suite is included in the offer above)!

Projects are a work in progress, I will share details shortly over on my facebook page.

This month there are two class options to choose from:

Option 1
£31 includes a half pack of the stunning Celebratory Sips DSP, all materials, use of equipment, tuition and light refreshments.

Option 2
£38 as above but, also includes a bottle of Fine-Tip Glue and a thank you gift from me of a smaller fine tip glue bottle too.

For all classes and workshops please bring basic craft tools with you (bone folder, scissors, paper trimmer etc) if you have them and your preferred adhesives - I have limited supplies available for sale on the day if you forget or run out.

Classes take place at my home in Godmanchester unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is the only way to guarantee your place as regretfully, I have been let down in the past saving places for people who have not attended.

Sorry, no refunds unless I cancel the event. If for any reason you are unable to attend, I will do my best to find someone else to take your place but can't guarantee to do so. If not, your workshop kit will be available for collection after the event (kit will include basic supplies but no stamped images as per SU rules).

McCartney House Ladies

The ladies have been crafting like crazy with an extra craft session midweek to ensure they have enough items to offer at the upcoming Town Show.  We used a variety of techniques last month including a watercolour technique that involved scrunching up damp flowers to add extra dimension to the flowers.  The ladies were not too sure about the scrunching up part but, they were very pleased with the results!
